Digital Product Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

We offer refunds for selected products that are eligible, but not for all.

If a product is eligible for refund, it will be clearly mentioned on the particular sales page of the product.

If a customer is dissatisfied with his/her purchase, they can request a refund within 72 hours of the purchase.

Refunds will not be offered after 72 hours for dissatisfaction with the product.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
